Hydrostatic TestingThe high pressure generation characteristics of MTH regenerative turbine pumps are ideal for hydrostatic testing. They have the ability to build and hold pressures over 1000 psi at a specified test point for the time period required to check a product or system for leakage. Since very little flow is required in hydrostatic testing, our regenerative turbine products can outperform multistage centifugals with far fewer stages, smaller space requirements, and all at a lower cost.
