In the event that a product return for factory repair
is indicated, your Representative or Distributor can
arrange this for you and explain the returns procedure. Please consult
product manual for details on warranty limitations and status. For product
returns, please be prepared to answer questions about the pump serial#,
(see the "How to Identify your Pump" page)
application details (fluid mix, pressure, capacity, temperature, duty
cycle, etc.), and any other symptoms and indications that might help
determine the root cause of the problem, and avoid it in the future.
If you require complete failure analysis, please return the pump in an
and unaltered condition. The actual disassembly process often gives indications
of failure modes so this is very important to consider. In some circumstances,
customer disassembly may void your warranty.
