Today we have been flourishing as one of the largest producers of regenerative turbine pumps in the USA!
Our story - Dave Tremain, our founder, started designing and manufacturing pumps in 1965 under the name, MH Tool Company.
In 1972, Dave added the ‘T’ for his last name, Tremain, and the business became incorporated as MTH Tool Company, Inc.
Then came Dave’s son, Tim in 1985, to learn the family business as he worked part-time while attending school.
10 years later, Tim Tremain Joined MTH full-time to become Vice President and part-owner.
In 1997, Dave retired and Tim became President.
